Winemaking: The must is in contact with the skins for approx. 12/15 days at a temperature of 28/30°C. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Food Pairing: Good with highly flavoured dishes such as risotto and meat-filled ravioli. Excellent with salami, stewed meat, roast white and red meat.
Serving Temperature: 16/18 °C.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
